Management Team

Mordechai Katzman, President

RSI’s president has 15 years of professional experience in the design and delivery of data management and information systems and processes. He is the creator of iTAM Link, as well as a number of supplementary products including iTAM Docs, iTAM Capture, CCRG Systems and Pinpoint CMS.

Mordechai’s expertise includes business process design and engineering as it pertains to real estate asset management as well as web based software development and data integrations for both the corporate and public sectors. Currently, he deals extensively with global property tax and occupancy cost management solutions for national and multi-national portfolios.

Kevin Grad, Director Technology

As the Director of Technology, Kevin has company-wide oversight of the technical direction of the firm. He oversees the specification, implementation and development of our proprietary software solution, iTAM Link and its supplementary products. This includes technical solutions for innovative features and functionalities, release management, scalability and availability of the hosting architecture. Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to RSI’s core product, iTAM Link, and oversees the entire development team. He also manages the development and deployments for many of RSI’s clients, with a key focus on scalability, availability, and efficiency of each implementation.
