(www.aec-international.com) which was the catalyst leading to the creation of iTAM Link. Founded in 1973, AEC is an international municipal property tax and assessment consulting firm offering services in the areas of tax management, assessment analysis, property/asset management, and valuation solutions. For over 35 years, AEC has been at the top of their field by creating a process that generates results.

In 2001, AEC saw the potential of bringing 20th century advances to their business of real property tax management consulting and sought the solution providers at RSI to help make this vision a reality. Leveraging AEC’s industry experience and knowledge, RSI was successful in transforming the manual process of property tax data collection and analysis into a new, powerful and efficient software technology tool – iTAM Link (Internet Tax and Assessment Management Link). This new tool assisted AEC and their clients by saving them time, streamlining paperwork and consolidating data, leading to improved efficiencies and even more focused and successful tax appeal engagements. This also allowed AEC to bring portfolio management expertise to numerous multinational companies.

iTAM Link remained solely an internal software tool and management aid for AEC until 2004 when RSI realized that iTAM Link could directly benefit end-users just as it had tremendously benefited AEC since the software's inception. The rest as they say is history as more and more clients have subscribed to the iTAM Link Software. Since then, iTAM Link has received another very strong endorsement, this one from the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI) (www.ipti.org).

IPTI is an organization that was created by industry experts to promote and to foster property taxation and assessment ideals internationally. IPTI recognizes the power of iTAM Link's global capabilities and its value to many international corporations as a property tax / occupancy cost management tool.
