Effective January first 2001, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which is based upon the Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information came into affect. Rethink Solutions Inc. (RSI) acts in accordance with this act and is dedicated to protecting personal information and maintaining privacy.
