About the Position

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French), relationship-focused, data-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. The successful candidate is someone who enjoys being proactive in assisting our customer base derive value from our software to achieve their internal objectives.

Job Description

This position requires an individual who is comfortable and confident when working on-site or remotely with our customers, and has proven project management and organizational skills. Experience in Property Tax Management is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact and coach for our customers.
  • Take on the role of trusted advisor with our clients to strategically position our solution within their organization
  • Ignite a sense of excitement with the client, actively manage client relationships to increase adoption, ensure retention, and increase satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure alignment and provide a cohesive experience
  • Assist new customers through their onboarding/ implementation & setup process
  • Lead both online and class-room style training sessions to support user activation and adoption
  • Document and track client issues and feedback, escalating to senior management as needed
  • Maintain high level of functional product knowledge
  • Input and migration of customer data, directly and through various itamlink tools
  • Build relationships with customers at all levels from end users and individual contributors to IT Managers and Senior Executives through engaging emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
  • Prior experience managing a large and diverse client portfolio, with a proven track record of outstanding customer service

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior Customer Success experience, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to recognize gaps in process or detail and show initiative to suggest solutions
  • Ability to determine business pain points and the capacity to align appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data for decision making
  • Extremely organized and results oriented
  • Ability to provide professional client communications, both proactively and in challenging situations.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Prior experience in Property Tax Management or Commercial Real Estate would be an asset
