We’re looking for a creative, results-oriented, and analytical Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and excited about building brand awareness through inbound marketing strategies. They’re always thinking about content from a user-centric lens and apply particular care to ensure our content is useful, on-brand, and professional.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating omni-channel marketing campaigns. They will enjoy developing and running A/B tests, conducting keyword research, and diving into the data to understand campaign performance. They’ll also be skilled at presenting results to senior leadership, including providing recommendations for improving future campaigns.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing Rethink’s content strategy. Using tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush, you will help develop inbound marketing campaigns to grow traffic and increase Rethink’s search presence. You’ll also help manage our website, using and/or developing skills in graphic and web design. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to marketing strategy as well as flex your creative muscles, producing both written and visual content.
You’ll be working in a highly collaborative environment with seasoned marketing and sales professionals. What’s more, you’ll have direct and regular access to the Executive team and have a tangible impact on our marketing processes.
