Rethink Solutions is looking for a data oriented, relationship-focused individual to join our team.  As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for the accurate and timely data mapping and migration for new customer implementations and for ongoing data management for existing customers. You will add significant value to our team by partnering with our clients to understand and assist with their daily operations, identify and meet their business objectives and ensure success as they transform their property tax management processes using the itamlink software.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding/implementation of new customers
  • Input and migration of customer data, directly and through various itamlink tools
  • Conduct software training for clients over the phone and web
  • Initiate, provide ideas, and establish best practices for constant improvement of the implementation program to rapidly onboard new clients
  • Ongoing data entry and management
  • Assist in problem determination and provide client support post implementation
  • Document and track client issues and feedback, escalating to management as needed
  • Work with Development and Customer Success teams to identify and satisfy client needs in a timely manner
  • Assist in maintaining content on the itamlink Knowledgebase
  • Maintain high level of functional and technical product knowledge
  • Participate in ongoing skill development and reviews
  • Contribute to a company-wide culture of customer success

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong keyboarding/data entry skills including a high proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel and Word.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Exceptional ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver who is willing to explore outside of their comfort zone
  • Flexible and self-motivated team player who is comfortable with technology and has a high technical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Nice to have – Real Estate and/or knowledge of Property Tax & Assessment
  • Nice to have – knowledge of SQL database theory, modeling and analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent

This is a hands-on role, with the expectation that you will be responsible for data management tasks for your assigned customers, and across our customer base as required. To be successful, you will need to be able to change tasks frequently throughout the day.
