‍Toronto, ON – November 23, 2021 – Rethink Solutions, the provider of industry-leading property tax software itamlink, has announced today its software integration with Yardi, a leader in real estate software solutions servicing global markets. The integration will enable seamless transfer of property tax payment data from itamlink to Yardi, improving efficiency and data accuracy while streamlining workflows.

itamlink serves as the comprehensive system of record for property tax information such as tax bills and payment details, and enables teams to manage approvals. Yardi provides companies a platform to manage real estate expense invoices and payments. Through this integration, Rethink Solutions is further expanding its partner ecosystem to help clients reduce manual data entry, maintain an up-to-date payment database, and reduce risk.

Once approved in itamlink, payment data is transmitted from itamlink to Yardi as Invoice Registers. Invoice Registers will then follow workflows that have been configured in Yardi. The integration enables clients to take advantage of other Yardi add-ons they may be using, such as Payscan and products in the Procure to Pay Suite.
