itamlink Selected by Government of Canada to Replace Legacy Software

We’re excited to announce that Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has awarded Rethink Solutions the contract to provide their property tax management software to manage their PILT program. The PILT (Payments in Lieu of Taxes) program is responsible for managing payments made on all federally owned properties in Canada. They have selected itamlink to replace a custom-built system.  

About the PILT Program

The PILT program, which is managed by PSPC, owns and operates one of the largest and most diverse portfolios of real estate in Canada, with more than 17,000 properties across 1,100 taxing authorities. Each year, this totals more than $562 million in payments made to local governments. itamlink was the only software solution in the market with the capabilities necessary to meet the program’s complex requirements.  

We are excited to announce this partnership with the Federal Government of Canada and look forward to continuing to expand and offer services to PSPC and other governments, as well as to owners, operators and occupiers of complex portfolios  in Canada, the United States, and around the world.
